6:10 PM - Sitting
in the school cafeteria and just finished another (amazing) Western dinner. As
nice as it is to eat authentic Chinese food for the past couple of weeks, I
can’t complain about the North American food that this school serves. Such a
nice break from random animal body parts (half kidding) ;). It’s scary how fast
the conference flies by the second time around. Wishing it would slow down a
bit – sometimes I miss home but as soon as I remind myself that I’m in China,
makes you never want to leave.
